Chaotic resonance in Izhikevich neural network motifs under electromagnetic induction

Chaotic resonance (CR) is the response of a nonlinear system to weak signals enhanced by internal or external chaotic activity (such as signal derived from Lorenz system). The triple-neuron feed-forward loop (FFL) Izhikevich neural network motifs with eight types are constructed systems in this paper, and effects EMI on CR phenomenon FFL neuronal studied. It found that both single model under electromagnetic induction (EMI) its exhibit depending current intensity. There exists an optimal intensity ensuring best detection neuron via CR. can enhance ability detect signals. For T1-FFL T2-FFL motifs, adjustment parameters makes show more obvious than for which different impact (e.g., frequency, coupling strength, time delay) Another interesting variation delay exhibits quasi-periodic characteristics. Our results showed effect robust observed might help one understand how improve propagation system.
